Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.

If the total order value exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another available payment method.

Lost, stolen, or deleted gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued.

In case of product returns, any amount paid using a gift card will be refunded back to the same gift card, subject to our return policy.
